He has been investing in real estate for the past 16 years and was a licensed mortgage broker for nine years. During that time, he founded and operated a successful mortgage brokerage. While brokering bank money, he focused his time working alongside real estate entrepreneurs, learning their needs and how to best aid them in their endeavors. He saw an opportunity to create a company where people wanting to invest money and people needing funding could come together. It was then that he launched his private lending brokering business. As his business thrived he eventually made the choice to sell the mortgage company to focus attention on private lending.
He educates himself constantly by reading and attending seminars, workshops, and a membership in a private lending club.
